Position:           Investment Analyst

Start date:         January 2017

Location:          Near Jing’an Temple, Shanghai

Analyst Role will support the investment team. An attractive candidate must have (i) a compelling desire to join an entrepreneurial firm; (ii) a “whatever it takes to get it done” mentality; (iii) the maturity to partner with senior industry executives.

Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial target pitches to transaction closings Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decision-makers in investment transactions. Ability to market services both to internal partners and external stakeholders, develop networks, and support efforts in developing and executing business development strategies. Ensure quality of deliverables by having a strong attention to details. Individual will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit

Desirable:

Bachelor degree required, engineering/science degree preferred Solid and proven track records in relevant field in China for at least 2 years Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with previous PE/VC or Investment Banking experience Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English The ability to multitask and work within a team environment and highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure Strong adherence to project goals, tasks and timelines Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through from inception to completion Willing to travel
